Not only are the headphones incredible, but the customer service was fantastic too! These are 100% the best headphones I've ever had, especially with the lossless audio feature when connected to the dongle. I've been able to connect it to my PC, Switch, and Phone all with that wireless dongle, and the audio quality is amazing!

Coming from a Sony MX, the modular design of Fender MIX is what sold me. The earpads are genuinely one of the most comfortable I've worn — no heat buildup, no pressure fatigue, even on 3–4 hour stretches. Wired USB-C audio quality is a step up from what I expected 😎. I use it daily for business calls and the noise cancellation is doing serious work.

Already eyeing what colours and accessories come next.

I absolutely love these headphones! The sound quality is incredible for the price, making them such great value for money. One of my favourite features is being able to mix and match the ear cushions—I’m obsessed with the brown and white combination!

The tactile button(s) on either side were supremely intuitive - much better than some other headphones which required guesswork. Bass is solid and packs good oomph. The accompanying case is stylish and helps protect it when I throw it into my daily bag. Wishlist - if it could be slightly lighter, or have an accompanying app to EQ, would be perfect :)

While the headphones already sound great in regular bluetooth mode, the soundstage with lossless mode on really opens up the music in a way I didn't anticipate at this price point — instruments have space, nothing feels cramped or muddled.

The 5-way control is also worth calling out. It's one of those things that sounds minor until you've used headphones with bad controls — this one is intuitive from day one, no learning curve, no accidental skips.

Overall the MIX is great if you care about how music actually sounds and want something you can use across music listening, calls and more. For the price and what it offers — lossless audio, long battery life, thoughtful controls — I think it's a strong buy.

With so many headphones on the market today, it's hard to make a choice. But the Fender MIX truly stands out with its amazing sound quality, clear vocals, deep bass and comfortable fit for all-day use. Love it !!

When I got this headphones I was super excited to test out the USB Dongle to play high-res music using Tidal, I am so happy with it and being wireless, it replaces my wired IEMS and DAC .... this is one headphone I am actually excited to use everyday at work and at the GYM.

The battery easily lasted 2 weeks which was super impressive and convenient!
Tested the Auracast with my friends, that was fun... planning to get another MIX for my home so my wife and I can enjoy watching movies together and not disturb the kids... the Low Latency mode is works great.

I love how they have almost a speaker-like sound quality and put me in the middle of the music. The lossless dongle is a great idea as well. No need to guess whether I'm getting the best quality wireless streaming quality anymore!

These headphones immediately caught my attention when revealed at CES and I preordered the first chance I got. They ticked all of my boxes, designed for repairability, multiple connections, AUX, dedicated dongle, great battery life, gorgeous, etc.
Having spent some time with them now I can share a few details that take away from them being perfect.
The five seconds it takes to start the headphones feel like forever, so does the three to turn them off. I still haven't grasped the controls yet and sometimes I accidentally enable some setting I don't know how to change back. A dedicated on-off switch would have been nice.
So would some form of app to control the software. I have multiple devices connected, however, none is treated as the master, causing interuptions in meetings when getting a notification on my phone.
Unfortunately I have not been using the dongle, which probably should solve this issue - the reason for not using it, being that it is too large to have it left in my laptop. I would probably accedentally break it if I were to leave it in.

Don't let these minor nuisances take away from the overall experience, it is a magnificent pair of headphones, and a steal at this pricepoint.

AWESOME HEADPHONE!!!!! Totally worth the $$$. I can't believe how easy these are to operate. The sound is fantastic and the battery lasts forever.

The sound is great. However, they aren't the most comfortable headphones I've worn and the dongle connection is terrible. I have to unplug the dongle, plug it back in and restart the headphones every time I want to use them. Very disappointed in the quality.

Sound quality is fantastic, especially with the wireless receiver. The detachable ear protectors are a brilliant design too. The sustainable approach to the headphones is awesome to see. Highly recommend!

Simply effective.

The sound quality works for me, but I have issues with other aspects of the headphones.

The most important feature for me is Transparency Mode. In this mode, when there are no external sounds, there is a noticeable background noise, like a vinyl record spinning. It is quite subtle, and when music is playing it is not noticeable, but it is still unpleasant.

The main reason I bought these headphones was the dongle, so I could listen to game audio wirelessly and without quality loss. I bought them specifically for shooters, where low latency is critical. The latency is indeed very good and the sound quality is excellent, but once or twice an hour, sometimes even twice in a row, the connection to the PC drops. Reconnecting can take up to a couple of minutes. I constantly have to tell my friends in Discord, “Guys, I can’t hear anything, type the info in chat so I can still win the round.” It is honestly embarrassing, because I told my friends these might be the best gaming headphones, but the constant disconnects are very disappointing.

There are also a few smaller issues that affect the overall user experience. I do not like the sound effects when turning the headphones on or switching modes. They are too loud and too intrusive. It is especially annoying when I want to quickly enable noise cancellation in a loud environment outside, or switch back to Transparency Mode, and the sound cuts out for a few seconds.

I also had one incident where some kind of mode activated on the headphones and I could not do anything with them. I asked ChatGPT for help and it gave me four possible solutions. Only the fourth one worked, which was removing the headphones from Bluetooth and pairing them again. I was trying to lower the volume on the headphones and pressed the volume-down button too quickly several times, which apparently activated that mode. By the way, the volume was not changing at all at that moment, which is why I kept pressing it.

In short, what I would like is:

quieter and shorter startup / mode-switch sounds,

slightly better noise cancellation,

and, most importantly, a fix for the connection drops when using the dongle.
