Fender Audio designs and maintains its connected products, where applicable, with security considerations applied throughout the product lifecycle. Protecting customer data, privacy, and product integrity is an important responsibility that we take seriously.

- Products do not rely on universal default passwords, or users are required to create a password during initial setup
- Users are encouraged to choose strong, unique passwords and to keep their credentials secure
Vulnerability Disclosure
Fender Audio supports responsible security research and welcomes reports of potential vulnerabilities affecting its connected products or services.

If you believe you have identified a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly by contacting:

- Software or firmware version
- A description of the potential vulnerability
- Steps to reproduce the issue
Fender Audio aims to acknowledge vulnerability reports in a timely manner and to investigate and address verified issues appropriately.
We request that vulnerabilities are not publicly disclosed until we have had a reasonable opportunity to assess and remediate the issue.
Product Support Lifecycle
Security updates and support are provided for connected products during their supported lifecycle. Once a product reaches end-of-support, software or firmware updates, including security updates, may no longer be available.
