RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

You have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return, replacement, or refund for your FENDERAUDIO product.
2. Eligible Return Reasons

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- The item received is not what you ordered
- The item arrived damaged
3. How to Request a Return
3.1
To initiate a return, complete all of the following within 7 days of receiving your order:
- Visit the FENDERAUDIO Website and locate your proof of purchase.
- Email our Customer Service Team at info@fenderaudio.com to request a return.
- Provide the following details in your email: your order number or invoice number, and the serial number of your product (found on the exterior of the product packaging).

Please note: All shipping costs for returning the product to RIFFSOUND are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Return Eligibility Conditions
4.1
To qualify for a replacement or refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
- Original Packaging: Product must be sealed and in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, certificates of authenticity, and any bundled free gifts.
- Packaging Condition: All packaging must be unused, unmarked, and not defaced in any way.
- Serial Number Match: The serial number on the returned product must match the serial number on your original order.
- Physical Condition: Product must be in good physical condition — not broken or damaged.
- Multiple Items: If multiple items were purchased in a single order, all eligible items must be returned together.
5. Resolution Options

Once RIFFSOUND receives and verifies your return, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
- Replacement: A replacement product will be arranged and shipped to you at no delivery cost to you.
- Refund: A full refund of the original purchase price plus applicable taxes, returned to your original payment method.
6. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 15 working days after RIFFSOUND receives and verifies the returned product's eligibility.
7. Ineligible Returns

If your return is determined to be ineligible for a replacement or refund:
- You will be notified by our team.
- If you request the product to be returned to you, all associated shipping costs will be borne by you.
